Choose from the following items to customize your CSA Basket:
Parsley - Flat leaf Italian parsley adds excellent flavor to your favorite recipes.
Sage - Dusty blue leaves are great for adding flavor to just about anything, especially roasted root vegetables like radishes, turnips, carrots, and potatoes.
Sweet Mint - Well balanced mint flavor can be used in any recipe calling for mint.
Red Potatoes - Creamy, firm, white flesh and red skins. Perfect for roasting, potato salad, and grilling.
Gold Potatoes - Gourmet, buttery, gold flesh and gold skin. Perfect for just about any use.
Red Onions - Perfect for grilling, pizzas, salads, burgers, and anywhere you need fresh onion.
Cherry Tomatoes - Mixed color cherry tomatoes.
Green Tomatoes - A Kentucky staple. Whether you fry them, pickle them, or put them on your pizzas...you can't go wrong with green tomatoes.
Napa Cabbage - Due to the heat and humidity, these aren't quite as heavy and full as usual, but are every bit as delicious.
Garlic Bulbs - Delicious German heirloom with a balanced flavor and easy to peel, large cloves.
Kentucky Blackberries - 2 POINTS - LIMIT 1! - Wild blackberries that have been locally foraged. Like eggs, blackberries are 2 points.
Eggs - 2 POINTS - A dozen organic, pastured eggs from Stone Fall Farm. If you are getting eggs, please make sure to list them twice in your choices below, as they require 2 points per dozen.
If you won't be home to receive your delivery, consider adding a Fresh Pack. For only $3.00, we will pack your perishable vegetables into a reusable insulated bag with ice packs.
